Sloppy Joe Pot Pie..now why didn't I think of that. It's a natural combination. So easy to put together, and such a great twist, on an old favorite that the kids will absolutely love. I serve this with french fries, and a tossed green salad for a complete dinner. Give this recipe a try. You will be glad you did.

Mmmhmm..who doesn't love a good pot pie recipe? Here you combined two of my favorite quick dinner ideas in one dish, so now I have three ideas for busy weeknights. I can use this one the days when we have leftovers from other dishes like sloppy joes or tacos and such.

I used to eat sloppy joes at camp as a kid and they were such a great comfort food. I can't wait to make this for my kids!
