We love quiche! We love potatoes! Spinach and tomatoes too. So basically this recipe has everything that my family and I like and thats why its a perfect recipe for our next meal. But since were not a vegetarian, and the kids will ask wheres the sausages?, I will add sliced sausages or minced beef to the quiche. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
