The Spongester keeps your sponges clean and handy. The sponge holder has a spot for the dirtier sponge below the the spot for the clean sponge. Because of this design element, the Spongester keeps the germs on the "icky" sponge from contaminating the cleaner, countertop sponge.

I hate when people leave the dirty sponge they just used sitting in the sink for germs to collect. Thankfully, the Spongester keeps people from having this bad habit. The sponge holder can store two sponges: the dirtier sponge you use to clean the sink, as well as a place to put a clean sponge or the sponge you use for wiping down the counters and washing dishes. 

The dual level design of the sponge holder separates it from other holders I have seen. I love that I can keep my down and dirty scrubber without fear of others using it to clean counters. I used to throw them out all the time, but this holder lets me continue using it without germ fears. The shelves of the Spongester can be adjusted and are perforated to keep bacteria from growing. Grips on the holder keep it from sliding around or falling over.

I think they give what could be a basic kitchen item, a whimsical twist by labeling the levels "Good Sponge" and "Evil Sponge". Anyone who notices this small detail will get a kick out of it. The Spongester is both a practical and fun item to add to your kitchen sink area.
