The set of Peugeot Cottage Salt and Pepper Mills is both beautiful and functional. Each wooden mill has a hue to denote whether it is salt or pepper. They long and classic shape of each mill looks classic in any dining room.

These mills remind me of those used in a nice steak restaurant.  They are long and cylindrical, which makes them great for serving and specifically adding freshly ground pepper to a dinner guest's plate. The wood used to make these exquisite mills come from PEFC certified European Forests. 

The mills are coated with a pretty gloss coating. The pepper mill has a dark grey color while the salt mill is an off-white color. This helps to easily denote which is which when they are out on the table. The wooden mills also feature a vintage brass nut on top of each mill. The colors along with the brass detailing go well with almost any decor. 

Each mill actually has a grinding mechanism designed specifically for the spice it houses. The nut on top of each mill is used to change how fine the mill grinds, from superfine to coarse.
