Baked Fontina Cheese Dip is the second round of this delicious partnership with Stella Cheeses. A couple of months ago I worked on a recipe for Stella Cheeses and made these amazing Caprese Pizza Bombs (stringy cheese alert!) so when Stella wanted me to work with them to provide a holiday recipe for easy entertaining I was so excited I went to the store the same day buying all the cheese I could!"

Cheese, more cheese, some herbs and spices, and then MORE cheese! I have to admit that one primal addiction I have is for gooey, stringy, molten cheese, and fontina has got to be one of my favorites. I use it in all sorts of dishes - to top pizzas, soups, salads, casseroles, pasta dishes, and even sandwiches. This would be a great thing to serve at a wine tasting, as an appetizer, or even like a fondue. Veggies, bread pieces, or even meat could be dipped in this glorious stuff.
