Birthday Icebox Cake
Celebrate any day with this Birthday Icebox Cake recipe. It is so simple, but tastes unbelievable. Plus, it's made with just three ingredients! If you're in a pinch the night before a birthday or other big event, you can throw together this icebox cake. To get a sweet taste that everyone will love, simply layer Golden Birthday Cake Oreos and Cool Whip together. The Oreos are dunked in milk to make them nice and soft. Let it set overnight in the freezer and top with sprinkles. There are so many different variations that you can do!

Use different Oreo flavors, mix canned frosting into Cool Whip, or top with fruit to create your own unique flavor combinations.

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 packages Nabisco® Oreo Golden Birthday Cake cookies
- 2 (12-ounce) tubs Cool Whip, thawed
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions

Pour milk into a shallow bowl. Dunk one cookie into the milk, making sure to cover it completely. Lay flat in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Repeat with each cookie, lining them up into uniform rows until they cover the bottom of the baking dish.

Using a rubber spatula, spread one tub of Cool Whip over cookies in a thick layer. Do not pat down or flatten.

Add another layer of cookies on top of the Cool Whip, using the same milk-dunking method. Add another generous layer of Cool Whip using the remaining tub.

Cover with foil or plastic wrap and let set in freezer overnight. When ready to serve, garnish with sprinkles, if desired.
