This stuff is really sloppy to scoop and to eat, but it tastes phenomenal! I had some leftover rotisserie chicken meat in my fridge, so I added that to the filling. I'd suggest looking for a reduced sodium salsa for this, or better yet, quickly whipping up some o food processor. Prepared salsa can be hiding a lot of salt.
