- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Line a large sheet pan with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Slice the chicken, bell peppers, and onions. Place on prepared sheet pan.
