Instead of the chips, I used 1/2 of the chips and 1/2 of frozen shredded potatoes . I used another 1/2 can of the chilies, and just a small amount of 1 hot chili ( diced super small ) . No children, just some adults AND they "loved it ". Easy, super and delicious receipt.
