Is whipping cream and heavy cream the same thing? I have never used either, so I have no clue which is which. I love the white chocolate in this bread pudding. My mom makes a vanilla bread pudding that I would never try to change, but I sure bet white chocolate would take that recipe over the top.

Hi SissieSass, whipping cream and heavy cream are essentially the same thing, but heavy cream has slightly more fat so it whips up a little easier. Either one could be used for this recipe. - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeCasseroleRecipes
