I've decided to make these for Father's Day as little mini pies! This sounds like a delicious recipe and my dad loves Chubby Hubby ice cream!

Can you use milk instead of the water in the caramels? I think it would make a small difference in that it may be a little creamier with the caramel drizzle. It seems to melt and spread well with milk. I have not used water in a long time, so I am wondering if it would make a big difference or not.
