Do you think it would change the recipe too much to use a sugar substitute in this one? I think this recipe sounds like the strawberry shortcake ice cream bars you can get in the store. I remember getting them at school for a treat and everyone would go crazy for them. I think this dish will take me down memory lane for sure.
