Have you ever tried using lemon zest in this recipe? If you did, then did you find it was too much lemon flavor? I think this sounds like such a refreshing idea to have when you are expecting someone to stop by in the summer. You can pull this dessert out with a glass of cold lemonade or milk and serve it up. I bet iced tea would go well with it too.
