- 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) carton of Cool Whip Non-Dairy Whipped Topping, defrosted
- More Cool Whip for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

OH MY. This looks so good. I love the idea of using salted caramel and Milky Way bars in an icebox cake... I wouldn't have thought of that!
