Here is an amazing bread pudding recipe for the summer. Meyer Lemon Bread Pudding shines bright like the sun. It uses a French baguette and Meyer lemons. The lemon curd should be made a day in advance. The next day, pour the lemon curd over the bread and bake. It's a great dessert for the summer.

I love meyer lemons - they are one of my favorite things when they are in peak season in the summer. They are a little sweeter than the standard variety, and full of bright flavor. But if you can't find these at your local farmer's market or grocery store, I'm sure regular ones will do just fine. I always thought of bread pudding as a comforting, warm winter time dessert, but this summery version is great!
