These Lemon Cream Pie Bars are a delectable treat for spring or summer. This is an easy cream pie recipe that's much easier to prepare than a traditional pie and it still tastes just as good. If you just have lemon juice, can you just add extra juice to make up for the zest or would it be too much liquid? Could I use lemon extract? I have some of it in the cabinet, but I don't know where to start finding out how much of it to use instead. This sounds really good.
