Although I will have to substitute roasted peanuts for the pecans due to a tree nut allergy this dessert sounds soooo yummy!!!! I want to make it tonight. My husband introduced me to whipped cream on cherry pie recently, and I know that it will be a staple to go with this dessert. I think I may splurge and get some French Vanilla ice cream to go on top as well. Great idea, thanks for sharing!
