How long do you cook the donut bread pudding if you want to eat it warm? You say until almost set, so if I want to cook it all the way and serve hot, I am thinking another ten minutes possibly. We love eating it hot with some vanilla ice cream on it, but as rich as this recipe sounds, I don't know if we will need it.
