Nothing says summer like s'mores! They're an age-old tradition that brings up memories of bonfires and camping. Sometimes, roasting s'mores over an open fire isn't exactly a reality. If the weather isn't cooperating or you can't build a fire of your own, you can still enjoy s'mores year-round. This Chocolate S'mores Pudding Cake has the elements of the favorite campfire treat: graham cracker, marshmallow, and chocolate. In this s'mores dessert, though, the graham crackers are made into a crust, then moist chocolate cake is baked on top, and the poke cake is topped with a fluffy marshmallow frosting.

Did you find the pudding layer lacking in this recipe? I found that with two boxes of pudding, it adds a creamy layer to the top and softens the cake a little more making it very moist. I am not sure everyone likes it as moist as I do, but I preferred this recipe with two boxes instead of one.
