Chocolate Delight
This Chocolate Delight recipe has been passed down from generation to generation. It's a classic, comforting icebox cake recipe that's so easy to make. You start by making a nutty crust as the base of this dessert. Layers of sweetened cream cheese, cool whip, and chocolate pudding make this super decadent. The longest two hours of your life will be when this is setting in the fridge. Once it's ready, dig in and make sure you share. Otherwise, you may just finish off this entire thing by yourself!

Do you let the pudding mix set up before you add the second whipped cream layer? I will have to switch out the nuts because my daughter is allergic to tree nuts, but she can have peanuts. I was thinking that honey roasted peanuts is a good substitute because it will taste sweet and crunchy in the crust.

Hi SissieSass, the pudding mix doesn't need to set up before it's layered on top. All the layers will set up when the dessert is chilled for two hours. - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeCasseroleRecipes
