This is probably one of the easiest Asian style chicken recipes that I have ever seen - all you have to do is mix everything together in a bowl and spread it out on a pan. You gotta love that! Roasting the dish gives the vegetables a much deeper flavor. Since it is not prepared in a wok, you can actually walk away while it cooks!
