We didn't care for this the alfredo sauce was way to thick.

What a yummy recipe! I'm usually one to use the commercial jars of Alfredo sauce, but this from scratch version looks really tempting. I think I would opt for the suggestion of pre-baking the tater tots, since I do prefer them to be extra crispy. This is definitely added to my must-make list.
