This is everything I love about casseroles--combining all your favorite flavors in one easy dish. It'll be a breeze to make and still be filling and yummy.

The reason it can be runny is because the chicken breasts are not cooked first. The meat juices incorporate into the recipe. Simply brown the breasts enough to release the juices in the pan then cube them for the recipe. I love to use the left-overs from a whole deli roasted chicken.
