This looks like an amazing recipe, as well as fairly easy to make. I can't wait to try it this week. I do have a question, though...can you use frozen mushrooms instead of fresh? I always have mushrooms on hand in the freezer, as well as most of the other ingredients, so it would make a great weeknight dinner.
