Made this for a date night with my hubby. He's not usually a big fan of Thai food, but he absolutely LOVED this recipe. The only thing is the curry paste can be pretty spicy, so if you have some problems with heat, I would caution on more like 1-2 tablespoons opposed to 2-3. We tried it as is and really liked it though!
