Meatball Parmesan Dip
Are you looking for an easy dip recipe for potlucks? If so, you have to try this Meatball Parmesan Dip. This appetizer tastes like a meatball hero sandwich, but it's much neater to eat (even though you don't lose out on that gooey, cheesy texture that we all love so much). This dip is best served with thinly sliced, toasted Italian bread, and it's sure to be a big hit at your next potluck. It doesn't take very long to make, so what have you got to lose?

This stuff tastes just like a homemade lasagna to me, but without all of the pots and pans and long prep time. I used my own meatballs for this (I always make a lot of meatballs, so I can freeze half and cook once and eat twice!) and this stuff was great. Perfect as a party food, but my family ate this like it was a main dish, with a salad on the side!
