My wife isn't much of a fan of jalapenos, though I love them, and this recipe is right up my alley since it has all my favorites mac and cheese, bacon, and jalapenos. This looks like a great dish of comfort food to whip up. I like the panko crumb topping since a nice crunchy topping is something I try to include when I make homemade macaroni and cheese. We still have a bunch of jalapenos from our garden, so this will definitely get a workout soon.
