Small-Batch Turkey Shepherd's Pie
Small-Batch Turkey Shepherd's Pie is a fun twist on a classic comfort food recipe. Onions, carrots, and peas are also added to the filling which makes this similar to a traditional shepherd's pie. Thyme, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper are the only seasonings you need for this easy casserole recipe. Once you've made the flavorful filling, top both ramekins with mashed red potatoes. This recipe would be a great way to use up Thanksgiving turkey, especially if you have a lot of leftover turkey. No one will be able to resist this hearty and delicious recipe for shepherd's pie.

These look delightful! I love that red potatoes are used as the topping. I will definitely try this the next time I have some leftover turkey.

I've always liked shepherd's pie but I've never tried it with turkey. This would be a great way to use Thanksgiving leftovers!
