These pizza stuffed mushrooms look and sound amazing! They would be a perfect starter for a dinner party, not too filling but seriously tasty!!! I will definitely be giving these a trial run at the weekend with my partner been my tester which I don't think he will complain about! If people don't like mushrooms could you put this filling into a pepper?

Hi Catsitt, we haven't tried this recipe using peppers, but that would probably work. You may want to partially cook the peppers before adding the filling, since it will likely take a bit longer to bake peppers as opposed to mushrooms. I hope that helps! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeCasseroleRecipes
