Romeo and Juliet French Toast Casserole
You're probably thinking, "What the heck is Romeo and Juliet French Toast Casserole?" Well, Brazilians use this romantic term to describe the combination of cheese and guava, so this baked French toast casserole recipe unites cream cheese or mascarpone cheese with guava fruit. These flavors, plus those of brown sugar, coconut milk, and honey are bursting at the seams. This is one French toast recipe you've never experienced before. It's time to change that.

What a fun name for a recipe! This seems like something that could be served up at a restaurant. Yum!

Thanks again for featuring another recipe of mine here. I do hope everyone enjoys it as much as I do. I have always loved Romeo and Juliet combination of flavors (they pair so well that we had to name them Romeo and Juliet because they were made to each other) and much more in a french toast.
