I love lasagna and this combination of ground turkey and veggies really appeals to me. The whole wheat noodles are a good choice as well. I also like the fact that the recipe can be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen for later use. I think this would be a great meal to serve friends. Adding a salad, some bread and a small dessert (even cookies would do) would be an easy and delicious repast to share with friends.
