With a dish this pretty and arranged, I might try using an equivalent volume square or rectangular pan for baking. It would be easier to divide out portions and also to scoop with a rectangular spatula. I often have trouble with round or oval cookware, and it can get sloppy. Absolutely delicious AND pretty - I don't want to muck it up!
