There are plenty of baked macaroni and cheese recipes, and this is one of the best. As the name implies, Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese incorporates mildly spicy buffalo chicken into a classic comfort food. Not only is the chicken/macaroni mixture divine, but the topping is out of this world, too. It's made from two different types of breadcrumb mixtures. One is made with panko, buffalo sauce, and garlic. The second is panko coated with olive oil. The breadcrumbs add a crunch and flavor that you'll fall in love with.

This was seriously the best mac and cheese I have ever made. The buffalo chicken gave it a real nice kick. I ate half the pan in one day. Not kidding.
