My four year old son loves just about anything that as cheese, ranch, or bacon in it, and this casserole has all three! The herb / breadcrumb topping really gives the dish a pretty presentation, as well as a little bit of crunch. This would make a great side dish for a large crowd, or serve it with a light salad on the side for a complete and satisfying dinner meal. So cheesy!!
