One Pot Italian Chicken Bake
After a long day, we want to sit back and enjoy a delicious dinner, but we don't want to put forth much effort in the kitchen. One Pot Italian Chicken Bake is perfect for that sort of occasion. I really love the idea of this One Pot Chicken Bake, as a fairly easy meal on a busy day. But my husband dislikes artichoke hearts, so I am wondering if leaving them out will change the flavor of the recipe too much? Is there something I can replace it with?

This is one of the very few instances where I say it's ok to use veggies that come in a can. Especially in the winter, when store bought tomatoes might not taste that great. Artichokes in their fresh state are very difficult to prepare, and the jarred or canned ones have decent flavor - you also don't have to worry about them turning brown! Great recipe!
