My daughter is not a scalloped potatoes fan at all, but I think it is because of the cheese that is used. I want to try this recipe and see what she thinks because she does not like au gratin style potatoes either, but she loves my potato, hamburger, and onion skillet. This is similar to that, but made like scalloped potatoes so I can't wait to give it a try. I think a little parmesan or mozzarella on top might entice her taste buds to like it. Have you tried topping it with cheese?
