Freezable Chili Mac Casserole is perfect for those times when you're craving some stick-to-your-ribs comfort food. This ground beef casserole is made with kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and canned green chilies, so there is no shortage of flavor. Once the ground beef mixture is cooked, stir in cooked macaroni and bake it in a casserole dish. Just before the casserole is done baking in the oven, sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt in the oven. If you're only cooking for a few people, simply freeze the other half of it.

I like that you chose to use kidney beans instead of black beans in your recipe. I love that you included the instructions to freeze half of this for another dinner so that you can cut your cooking time in half for that day. Now I just need about 14 more of these dishes.
