You can't go wrong with chili cheese potatoes of any kind. I love this idea because you can turn your favorite junk food into a meal that the whole family loves. We always look for fast dishes like this to make during the week, and I love that you created this one because I will add it to my list. Have you thought of using some Italian seasoning in this dish?
