I think I am a little jealous because I never thought to use the worcestershire in my johnny marzetti dish. Then, you go and put it in a casserole with mozzarella cheese, and I think I need to retire my recipe and start using yours in my regular menu. It sounds so delicious. I am so ready to try it out!

I have been making a variation of this casserole for years and it is delicious! I use ground turkey instead of ground beef, and I don't add Worcestershire sauce, and instead of the diced tomatoes, I use my own homemade tomato sauce since the hubby does not like tomato chunks. I typically use mozzarella cheese, and some parmesan too. It's a great skillet meal and a nice one to share with a new mom! Paired with a salad and some nice garlic bread, this is a lovely meal!
