Courtney Rowland - Food Blogger
Courtney is the author, recipe developer, photographer, and flour-dusted person behind the blog, Neighborfood. Neighborfood is a reflection of her belief that food tastes better when it's shared. Everyone loves to eat, but so much of the pleasure we receive from food comes from sharing the experience with those we love. In Courtney's mind, food is all about building relationships, making memories, and sharing something special around the kitchen table.
Courtney's goal is to make cooking and baking a fun, rewarding, and satisfying experience for readers. Most recipes on the blog are made using common ingredients you can find at any supermarket. Like many families, she lives on a budget and knows the challenges of cooking a meal after a long day's work. For this reason, she attempts to keep her recipes as approachable, easy, and quick as possible. She wants people to be excited about coming home to cook and feel confident in their abilities to make an amazing chocolate cake.
In her spare time, Courtney loves exploring Columbus with her husband, cheering for the Ohio State Buckeyes, and reading novels.
