A delicious potato casserole. It travels easily. The last time I made this for a pot luck, it was all gone before I even had a taste. Mine got the most beautiful golden crust on top. I make it with cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup so the vegetarians can eat this.

I use French's French Fried Onions for the topping. Delicious! Just sprinkle them on and return to oven for 5 minutes. My daughter loves this!
