Vanilla and Orange Bread Pudding

Vanilla and Orange Bread Pudding is a dessert best served right out of the oven or at room temperature. Vanilla extract, vanilla bean, orange juice, and orange zest give flavor to this bread pudding, hence the name. If you like moist bread pudding, bake it in a small, deep dish. If you prefer it crunchy, use a larger pan. Feel free to add chocolate chunks, top with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
