Peach Upside Down Cake
Nothing says summer like fresh peaches. A creative way to use the sweet fruit is this Peach Upside Down Cake. While typical upside down cakes feature pineapple, this rendition is just as good, if not better. The flavors are understated and simple in this cake in order to let the sweet peach flavor shine. In this recipe, you'll make a cake from scratch, but it's so easy! With brown sugar, cinnamon, and buttermilk, it tastes delicious. It looks impressive, too, with its spiraled peaches sitting atop a delicious cake. Make this for an elegant summer dessert.

Do you give the eggs a little whisk before you put them in the mix? I know some people do and some don't so I guess it depends on the recipe. Since pineapple upside down cake is such a hit in my house, I am pretty sure that the peach upside down cake will go over just as well. I think I better make two just in case because I have three growing teens that can eat a lot.

Hi SissieSass, I believe the eggs are added whole, but they are mixed in one at a time. I hope that helps! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeCasseroleRecipes
