When I saw this recipe, I knew I would be interested. I love baking with apples in the fall. I am just not the biggest fan when it comes to peeling apples. Boy, was I surprised when I read this recipe uses apple pie filling. Yea! Can't wait to surprise my family with apple cake. I know it will make the kitchen smell heavenly! By the way, what is the easiest way to peel apples, anyone?
