Did you ever make this recipe with the mint Oreo's? They are so yummy by themselves, so I can't see how they wouldn't bring something special to your recipe. I think it sounds absolutely incredible. I can't wait to try it out because everyone in my home loves mint chocolate chip ice cream, so this is going to go over well.
