I first thought you were going to make a graham cracker crust with the butter and graham crackers until I read the ingredients. Does three graham crackers make a huge difference in this recipe or can you use flour, or corn flakes like I seen in another recipe? I think any of them would work great in the crumble really.

I know I will love this apple crisp! I think Granny Smith apples are the best, and the crunchy nut and oat topping is a great idea. I noticed it's apple season again because the stores are loaded with apples. I would prefer to pick my own, though, so I am researching where the orchards are, in a sixty-mile radius from my home.
