Last night's dinner probably didn't have a Doritos crust. If that sounds tempting, then make it happen tonight. Doritos Casserole is lined with a layer of Doritos and is filled in with chicken and cheese. If you use a rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken, then the prep work is done in a flash. Even if you cook the chicken the night of, it doesn't add too much extra work. Additionally, with an ingredients list of only 6 items, this is definitely something to make when you're eating on a budget.

I made the one from another site but I bet this one is just as good. I think I am going to try with Sour cream in the recipe next time. This is the one I made http://kitchendrippings.com/dorito-chicken-cassero == le/ and it was awesome!
