These lasagna roll ups are the perfect way to enjoy pasta in a new way!

This is a really nice variation of a white lasagna. I like the idea of making them into roll-ups which makes it a bit more fancy than just a regular lasagna. I appreciate the guidance given on the proper lasagna noodles to use, as well as the options for the Alfredo sauce. I'm looking forward to making this up rather soon. It's a different, yet familiar Italian dish, and I know we'll enjoy it.
