Ingredients
- 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon each of smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 pounds small red potatoes
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions for garnish
- 9 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces.

Chop the potatoes in quarters.

Place the chicken and potatoes in a large mixing bowl.

Put in all the spices, salt, and pepper.

Add the hot sauce and olive oil.
