I have seen and I have had chicken pot pie that has a puff pastry topping but I have never had one with an herbed biscuit topping, it sounds divine. I will have to give this a try it sounds easier than a puff pastry topping, is it? Is the biscuit topping more like a short crust or is it sweet?
